U.S. Navy Seeks Authorization to Take Marine Mammals During New London Pier Construction
The U.S. Navy has submitted a request to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) to take marine mammals by harassment during the construction of a pier at the Navy Submarine Base New London in Groton, Connecticut, from October 2018 to March 2022.
