EPA Approves Maryland's Air Quality Plan for Baltimore Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Maryland's 2011 base year inventory for the 2008 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standard (NAAQS) in the Baltimore, Maryland moderate nonattainment area, as part of the state's State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision, without prior proposal or public comment.
