Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulation for Tennessee River Navigable Waters

The U.S. Coast Guard is implementing a special local regulation to ensure public safety during the Swim the Suck marine event, prohibiting entry into or transiting through a designated area of the Tennessee River near Chattanooga, TN, unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Sector Ohio Valley or a designated representative.
