NMFS Invites Comments on Proposed Rule for Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a proposal by the Pacific Fishery Management Council to establish limits on the accumulation of Catcher Processor permits in the Pacific Coast groundfish fishery, with a deadline for comments set for June 13, 2017.
