Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone on Upper Mississippi River for Construction Work

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a safety zone on the Upper Mississippi River, near Crystal City, Missouri, to protect vessels and property from potential hazards during the construction of new power lines spanning the river, and to ensure the safety of life and vessels in the area.
