OTS Amends Regulations to Allow Transfers from Money Market Deposit Accounts for Savings Associations

The Office of Thrift Supervision is eliminating restrictions on certain transfers from money market deposit accounts for savings associations, following the Federal Reserve's recent change to Regulation D, and is implementing this change without public notice and comment.
