Authorization of Revised Reporting Requirements Due to Catastrophic Conditions for Federal Seafood Dealers and Individual Fishing Quota Dealers in Portions of Florida

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Fisheries has temporarily relaxed reporting requirements for seafood dealers in Florida counties affected by Hurricane Irma, allowing them to delay electronic reporting of trip tickets from September 29, 2017, to October 31, 2017, and permitting the use of paper-based forms for administrative functions.
