US Bureau of Land Management Temporarily Suspends Certain Requirements from Waste Prevention Rule

The Bureau of Land Management is proposing to delay and suspend certain requirements from its 2016 final rule on waste prevention, production subject to royalties, and resource conservation until January 17, 2019, to avoid imposing compliance costs on operators.
