EPA Extends Comment Period for Draft Guidance on Pesticide Registrants' Notifications and Amendments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for its draft guidance on pesticide registrants' notifications and minor formulation amendments, allowing stakeholders more time to provide feedback on the proposed guidance, which was initially set to expire on October 6, 2017, but will now close on December 5, 2017.
