Nasdaq GEMX Submits Proposed Rule Change to Update Block Order Mechanism

Nasdaq GEMX, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to amend Rule 716(c) of the Nasdaq GEMX rules, which governs the block order mechanism, effective immediately.
