EPA Approves Missouri Air Quality Implementation Plan Revisions for 2008 Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve elements of a State Implementation Plan (SIP) revision from the State of Missouri for the 2008 Ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS). The EPA is approving the state's SIP revisions as a direct final rule without a prior proposed rule, unless they receive adverse comments.
