US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds No Dumping of Lined Paper Products from India

The US Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on lined paper products from India, covering the period September 1, 2015, through August 31, 2016, and has preliminarily found that two major companies, Navneet Education Ltd. and SAB International, did not sell these products at less than their normal value during this period.
