Federal Government Issues Guidance on Establishing Opening Balances for Federal Financial Accounting Technical Release 18

The US government has released a new technical release, Federal Financial Accounting Technical Release 18, which provides implementation guidance for establishing opening balances, and issued a notice to inform stakeholders of the issuance of this new release.
