HUD Offers Expedited Relief Process for PHAs Affected by Hurricanes in 2017

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has established a streamlined process to help public housing agencies (PHAs) and tribal housing entities in affected areas obtain relief from HUD regulations, following Presidentially declared Major Disaster Declarations (MDDs) for Hurricanes Harvey, Irma, and Maria in 2017.
