EPA Discloses Confidential Business Information in NGL Crude Logistics Litigation

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is disclosing confidential business information submitted by renewable fuel producers and others in a civil enforcement lawsuit against NGL Crude Logistics, LLC, in response to discovery requests from the company.
