Notice of Waivers Granted Under Section 9401 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as Amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001

The U.S. Department of Education has announced the waivers granted in 2012 under the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965, as amended by the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, to comply with the law's publication requirements. The department granted over 800 waivers between 2011 and 2016.
