FAA Considers Cancelling Circling Procedures as Part of National Procedures Assessment

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is considering cancelling certain circling procedures due to the increasing complexity and cost of maintaining the instrument flight procedures inventory, as new technology like RNAV facilitates the introduction of area navigation procedures.
