EPA Proposes Approval of California's Air Quality Plan, Terminating Sanctions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve California's air quality plan for the Los Angeles-South Coast area, addressing a prior deficiency and terminating sanctions that were triggered by a partial disapproval of the Moderate Area Plan for the 2006 PM2.5 standards.
