EPA Delays Sanctions in Los Angeles Air Basin

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has made an interim final determination to postpone the implementation of offset and highway sanctions in the Los Angeles-South Coast air basin, pending approval of revised Clean Air Act standards for fine particulate matter.
