Regulatory Review and Update Under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), Federal Reserve Board, and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) are reviewing and updating regulations under the Economic Growth and Regulatory Paperwork Reduction Act of 1996. They will publish four Federal Register documents over the next two years, starting with a request for comment on outdated regulations related to Applications and Reporting, Powers and Activities, and International Operations.
