CDC Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Data Collection for Service Delivery Feedback

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is inviting public comment on a proposed information collection project to gather qualitative feedback on its service delivery, as part of its efforts to improve its programs and meet customer needs.
