US to End Temporary Protected Status for Sudan

The US government is terminating the Temporary Protected Status (TPS) designation for Sudan, which was set to expire on November 2, 2017, and will take effect on November 2, 2018, to allow for an orderly transition, allowing Sudanese nationals to re-register for TPS before the designation ends.
