NTSB Adjusts Civil Monetary Penalty for Inflation

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) has issued an Interim Final Rule to adjust the maximum civil penalty for inflation, bringing it in line with recent economic changes, and also to make an annual inflation adjustment to the penalty amounts.
