WAPA Proposes New Power Formula Rate for Olmsted Hydroelectric Powerplant Replacement Project

The United States Department of Energy and Western Area Power Administration are proposing a new rate for the Olmsted Hydroelectric Powerplant Replacement Project, which will determine the annual energy charge under Rate Schedule Olmsted F-1, and is expected to take effect on April 1, 2018.
