EPA Approves Alabama's Air Plan for Regional Haze and NAAQS Standards

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken four actions to approve Alabama's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for regional haze and National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) standards, including changes to reliance on the Clean Air Interstate Rule (CAIR) and Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR) for certain regional haze requirements.
