US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Silicon Metal from Brazil Sold at Less Than Fair Value
The US Department of Commerce has determined that silicon metal from Brazil is being sold in the US at a price lower than its fair market value, and has postponed its final determination and extended provisional measures.
