EPA Cancels Public Meeting, Offers Public Input Opportunity on Inorganic Byproduct Reporting Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has cancelled a public meeting scheduled for October 25-26, 2017, due to the Negotiated Rulemaking Committee's inability to reach consensus. The EPA is now offering a 60-day public input opportunity to discuss approaches that could reduce the burden of reporting inorganic byproducts while maintaining the agency's need for the information.
