EPA Proposes Negative Declaration for City of Philadelphia Air Management Services Regarding Hospital/Medical/Infectious Waste Incinerator Units

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to notify the public that it has accepted a negative declaration for the City of Philadelphia Air Management Services regarding hospital/medical/infectious waste incinerator units, which certifies that these units do not exist within the city in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
