EPA Withdraws Connecticut's Ozone Standard Plan Due to Adverse Comment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has withdrawn a direct final rule approving a State Implementation Plan revision submitted by the State of Connecticut, which addressed nonattainment new source review requirements for the 2008 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS), following an adverse comment received on August 14, 2017.
