EPA Approves South Carolina's Plan to Reduce Cross-State Air Pollution

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized its approval of South Carolina's revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) for the Cross-State Air Pollution Rule (CSAPR), which aims to reduce nitrogen oxide and sulfur dioxide emissions from large electricity generating units in the state.
