EPA Finalizes Residual Risk and Technology Review for Nutritional Yeast Manufacturing Under NESHAP

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has completed a residual risk and technology review (RTR) for the nutritional yeast manufacturing source category, which is regulated under the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). The finalization also includes updates to VOC standards, removal of ethanol monitoring, and revisions to monitoring and reporting requirements.
