EPA Approves Virginia's Revised Ozone Standard, Sets New 8-Hour Limit of 0.070 ppm

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve Virginia's revised state implementation plan (SIP) revision, which sets a new 8-hour ozone standard of 0.070 parts per million (ppm), in line with the 2015 ozone national ambient air quality standards (NAAQS) promulgated by the EPA.
