EPA Approves Virginia Air Quality Plan Amendment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to approve a revision to Virginia's state implementation plan, incorporating the latest federal ozone air quality standard, in accordance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
