EPA Approves Georgia State Implementation Plan Updates to New Source Review Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency has finalized changes to the Georgia State Implementation Plan to revise new source review permitting regulations, following submissions by the State of Georgia and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources' Environmental Protection Division in 2011, 2014, and 2014, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
