EPA Finalizes Texas Air Quality Implementation Plans to Address Outstanding Requirements

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a partial approval of Texas' 2009 Regional Haze State Implementation Plan and a Federal Implementation Plan to address certain outstanding requirements, including the use of alternative technologies to meet Clean Air Act standards.
