Wisconsin Historical Society Completes Inventory of Human Remains, Seeks Transfer to Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian Organizations

The Wisconsin Historical Society has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects, determining no cultural affiliation with present-day tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Representatives of unlisted tribes can submit a written request to transfer control of the remains and objects.
