EPA Approves District of Columbia's Air Quality Implementation Plan Revision

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed to approve the District of Columbia's revised air quality implementation plan, which addresses the infrastructure requirement for interstate transport of sulfur dioxide pollution in compliance with the 2010 1-hour sulfur dioxide national ambient air quality standards.
