Magnuson-Stevens Act Provisions; Fisheries Off West Coast States; Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery; 2017-2018 Biennial Specifications and Management Measures; Inseason Adjustments

The final rule makes inseason adjustments to the Pacific Coast groundfish fisheries to balance access to abundant stocks with protection of overfished and depleted ones, as authorized by the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
