EPA Proposes Approval of New York State Air Quality Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to the New York State Implementation Plan, which sets emission limits for sulfur dioxide at the Roseton Generating Station, Units 1 and 2, in line with the EPA's Federal Implementation Plan.
