Dominion Energy Virginia, Allegheny Generating Company, and Bath County Energy, LLC Seek Comments on Partial License Transfer Application

The Virginia Electric and Power Company, doing business as Dominion Energy Virginia, Allegheny Generating Company, and Bath County Energy, LLC, have submitted an application to transfer a partial license. The companies are now soliciting comments, motions to intervene, and protests from interested parties regarding the proposed transfer.
