Department of Homeland Security Proposes New System of Records

The Department of Homeland Security is proposing a new system of records, titled 'DHS/ALL-040 DHS Personnel Recovery Information System of Records,' in accordance with the Privacy Act of 1974, to manage personnel recovery information.
