Removing Barriers for Religious and Faith-Based Organizations to Participate in HHS Programs and Receive Public Funding

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking public input from faith-based organizations and other interested parties to identify and remove barriers that prevent them from participating in HHS-funded programs, strengthen partnerships, and ensure equal access to publicly funded services. The goal is to enhance the health and well-being of Americans while respecting the religious character of these organizations.
