FMCSA Announces Pilot Program to Test Flexible Sleeper Berth Policy

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is proposing a 30-day pilot program to allow commercial drivers to split their sleeper berth time, in an effort to improve driver safety and reduce fatigue.
