Bureau of Land Management Announces Comment Period for Palen Solar Photovoltaic Project Draft Documents

The Bureau of Land Management has opened a comment period for draft documents related to the Palen Solar Photovoltaic Project, including a supplemental environmental impact statement and environmental impact report, as required by the National Environmental Policy Act and the California Environmental Quality Act.
