US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Carbon and Alloy Steel Wire Rod from Spain Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The US Department of Commerce has determined that wire rod imports from Spain are likely being sold in the US at below market value, and has set a specific period of investigation from January 1, 2016, to December 31, 2016.
