EPA Finds Motor Vehicle Emissions Budgets for Kenosha County, Wisconsin Adequate for Transportation Conformity

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has determined that the motor vehicle emissions budgets for volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and oxides of nitrogen (NOx) in the Kenosha County, Wisconsin ozone nonattainment area are sufficient for use in transportation conformity determinations, following a submission by the state on April 17, 2017.
