Bats EDGX Exchange, Inc. Files Proposed Rule Change for Corporate Branding Update

Bats EDGX Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change with the Self-Regulatory Organizations to update its governing documents, rulebook, and fees schedules to reflect a non-substantive corporate branding change, including changes to the company's name, the exchange's name, and the intermediate's name. The change will take effect immediately.
