EPA Approves Illinois State Plan Revision for Ozone Regulations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved a revision to the Illinois state implementation plan (SIP) for ozone, which updates the definition of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and removes certain recordkeeping requirements related to the use of a specific chemical, t-butyl acetate.
