EPA Proposes Determination of Attainment for Lebanon County, Pennsylvania Nonattainment Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that Lebanon County, Pennsylvania has met the 2012 annual fine particulate matter national ambient air quality standards, effectively suspending certain planning requirements for the area.
