Nasdaq GEMX, LLC Files Proposed Rule Change for Optional Kill Switch Protection, Effective Immediately

Nasdaq GEMX, LLC has submitted a proposed rule change to the Self-Regulatory Organizations, which, if approved, will introduce an optional kill switch protection mechanism, allowing for the immediate termination of trading in the event of a security breach or other critical situation.
